Terms & Conditions
Guarantee
All members will be provided with and have access to all benefits stated on our benefits page. If the benefits stated are not available you can submit for either a refund or the cessation of recurring billing.
Privacy
We do not share your information with any third party. Your information includes but is not limited to your name, email address, business or home address, phone number and agency or carrier affiliation(s.) Members can choose to log into the members website and message board using a user name in place of their real name is privacy is a concern.
Recruiting
We do not allow members to be solicited by other members for products or contracts. If any member feels they have something of value to offer they can obtain our approval and we may choose to help them market a particular product or contract. If you would like to become an affiliate please do not sign up for membership. Instead simply contact us Monday through Friday.
Refunds and Cancellation
We offer a full refund of dues paid within the first seven days of membership "no questions asked." After seven days there are no refunds. Recurring billing is month-to-month and can be cancelled by notifying us by either phone or email. If you wish to cancel before your next billing date you need to make sure we receive your request three business days before your next billing date. Once you cancel your membership you will revert to non-member pricing if you signed up through any of our affiliates.
Affiliates
The association arranges discounts through various affiliates. All affiliates are separate business entities and have no ownership in the association. The association also has no ownership with any affiliate. The association is not responsible for any business transaction between members and any affiliate.
Affiliate Discounts
The association has arranged discounts through affiliates for active members. Any agent who is no longer an active member will revert to non-member pricing.
